One thing that used to work for our two munchkins when they were that age was heating a hot water bottle up and putting it in their cot between the sheets during the final feed, then taking it out of the cot when you put them down for the night. It used to work wonders with them both cos the sheets were comfy and warm, which seemed to be more inviting, rather than cold and 'stark' after the body warmth of having a feed.
Another thing I did with my little 'un (now 22 months, but been doing it since b4 her first bday) is rub a little Vicks Baby Balsam on their chest, neck and back just as the feed is finishing. I'd just get a little on my finger and gently rub into whatever area was easy to reach so I wouldn't have to unwrap them or take any layers off. The essential oils in the Baby Balsam are very relaxing and soothing, and i still use it on Bria now when she wakes sometimes in the night. Even my almost 5 yr old asks for it occasionally!
