I hope the sunlight works for you for tonight. I was the same as you, no jetlag at all, I wonder if it's because we're used to getting up in the night etc.

Don't worry, she might be a bit tired and cranky for a few days, but she'll be fine. I'd say do the same thing tomorrow and I'm sure you will get there. We only did the all-day daylight thingy on day 4 of being home, wish we'd done it immediately though. Did you keep her out til dusk?

    Hey Swoop,

I woke her at 9am, took her out in the pram for a long walk, then at 11.30am she had another nap. Woke her again at 1pm and then took her out again. Let her have a nap at 4pm (and slept with her myself then) and we both woke at 5pm. We went out again for a long walk in the pram which was good for all of us! She was ready for bed at 7pm and slept until 3.45am. I'm really happy with that, she seems to be less tired. Awesome!!

I am about to head back to bed with her (it's 4.30am) as she is showing me loads of sleepy signs.

Thanks so much for your advice and PMs, it's been invaluable!
