No luck I contacted them and this is the response I got...

    Dear Nicole

In Australia, there is no single dose type vaccines for MMR. Manufacturer's have stopped making the single dose vaccines in many other countries as well. Australia only offers the triple vaccine.

    Best regards

I asked about a whooping cough vaccine too, but as you can see he didn't mention anything about it. Do you have any other contacts?

MMR has always only been offered as a combined vaccine.
Just now they offer almost everything in the one vaccine as well.

I will ask my doctor about it and see what she says. The last info I had was about 12 months ago and you could get separate vaccines, they had to order them especially for you but they are out there.
I know that in the US the Austism groups were pushing people to request separate vaccines for MMR, was under the impression that they actually produced solo vaccines...

    Will get back to you

ETA: I have hte schedule that they gave me when Charlotte was born and the petrussis vax (and all the others) are listed as different vax...so I find it very hard to believe that in 18 months they have lost all access to a individual Whooping cough vaccine...

The other thing is have you looking into homeopthic vaccination at all? It is very effective

So you've actually had these vaccines done in single doses on your kids? We have looked into homeopathic and have decided we'll do them if she is exposed for extra protection. But we really want to get whooping cough and MMR, but only in single doses. I really don't want to give her tetnus and whatever else is combined with whooping cough.

Did your doc order the vaccines for you? If so what's her contact details? I'll take my daughter to her.

    Thanks again!

No we aren't vaxing Charlotte at all really.
She will be getting tetnus, which can be dont separately - when you go for a tetnus shot, they don't give you a combined vax, no reason your child should have a conmbined

I wont give Charlotte the MMR vax due to their links with MS - my father has severe MS and her risk is already increased by this, and her sex, so no need to up the ante with that one.

Anyway, our doctor just gave me the details for the vax centre. My Hubby's doctor can get them separately - will grab the details form him for you when he returns form work.

    Hi,

Just wondering if you have the doctors details yet?

    Thanks.
