Yeah, just one to medicare is fine. That's all we did and then we got a letter from centrelink.

My Dr's surgery kept a copy of it with out file and then I took the original to Medicare and it was lodged with the immunisation register. Get a couple of copies of it for child care and then have another one for when they start kinder. I had to provide a copy of it for preschool for DS2 and all Medicare could give me was a print out saying it was 'up to date' but it didn't have the right information. So I got a copy of my copy at the Dr's and gave them that.
