I'm sure it would be ok, i don't see why not...?
Evening Ladies,
So I have a quick question that I am hoping someone can answer.
My daughter turns 4 on the 30th so is due for her 4 year old immunisations/vaccinations.
I am booked in for a Csection on the 31st. (yep, the future birthday parties are going to be awesome right?)
My question is not *am I insane*....but, can my soon to be 4 year old get her shots BEFORE she actually turns four?
Or does it have to be AFTER her birthday?
Hoping someone can help
Have just moved to a new area, so haven't really got a Dr down this way yet! Hence why I am asking in here
Thanking you all in advance![]()

Think you might find that they won't do them early actually but not 100% sure. Mine have had all of them late up to 4 mths in one case because they kept getting sick, so maybe call and ask your GP?
If I remember rightly I had a couple of DD's shots done just before they were due - a week or two is usually fine.
Yes. My CHN said they can do it from 3.5, so I am sure no-one is going to knock you back on a few days.
Thanks girls
Just called the Drs that I am hoping will become our regular Dr!
however, was asked to call back when the Nurse came in, so they could check if it is okay. Am going to try and get my daughter in on Saturday, if not, tomorrow! Hubby can just take the day off to come with!
He has never had to go before when she has had the jabs...he is in for a treat!
But being I am 35 + weeks pregnant, think I might burst into tears this time, and being my daughter is also 23kgs and TALL I just won't be able to carry her to comfort her!
Fingers crossed they agree to doing it early!
Wooooohoooo my daughter is booked in Tomorrow at 12.30! yay although, maybe not yay for herpoor lil tyke...ah well
least it will be all done before bubs #2 gets here!
Thanks again ladies![]()
