    Default Silicone dummies and teats

    Hello,
My little one has yet to arrive but here's a question: I'm intending to breastfeed but will have some bottles handy for expressing/just in case. I am fully aware of the hazards of BPA plastics in bottles and phthalates in teats/dummies. You can get (with some difficulty) BPA-free bottles or glass but does anyone know whether silicone is a safe alternative for the teats or dummies?

I'm not sure about the teats but I found glass Happy Baby bottles in an online chemist in Townsville. I searched high and low and the best I could find and they were only around $3-4.
