I'm using a tommee tippee one as well and a Heinz one. I have no idea how to take the valve out but I might try the nubby one when I go shopping next. The 2 that I have seem to be hard, like they have plastic underneath the teat part so I think that might be the problem. A silicone teat might be easier for her for the time being. Thanks
