LOL I am expecting a girl this time around and I've been asking the exact same questions of my friends with girl babies! So embarrassing to have to ask - I've got the same bits! (But they are the same re penises!)

Just to add on - where does one apply the nappy cream? Just on the vulva skin? Or on the inside of the vulva as well? (as well as the bottom obviously...) If baby girls get nappy rash, does it affect the vaginal area?
