I havnt given any panadol yet...I changed his nappy because I was giving him a big breastfeed and wanted to see how wet he would be in a couple of hours and that nappy was wet but not as wet as he would normally be iykwim...
Any hoo once I changed him and finished feeding he did a massive poo, was darker in color rather than orangey/yellow.. Maybe he has an upset tummy perhaps? He is def not his happy self so something is up!
Thanks for the replies... I couldn't remember if that temp was on the higher scale for a baby?
