Yep, cold turkey here too. Told DD that the dummy fairy was coming to take them away & she will get a surprise in the morning - she got a doll. She asked on & off for about 1 week - then she found one that fell behind the couch! I had to take that one away & told her the same story, but she didn't get anything for it. She sees other kids with dummies now but doens't care, just says 'look mummy, dummy!' Best thing I ever did - it was more a habit than a comforter.
