    Using 2 formulas?

I needed to add, can you use 2 formulas?? I was wondering with the SMA can I use that for the the last feeds of the night before bed, and the overnight feed, but keep my son on the Karicare during the day? Is this a bad idea? I do like the Karicare for him, even though he is feeding frequently I think he is settled on it, Thanks for any advice

Why use the SMA then? It wont do any harm to use both of them so you can use it all instead of tossing it out, but it's not really ideal kwim?

I think it depends on the child. Jaidan and Chase were FF from a young age (Chase was 3.5 mths, Jaidan was 5 months) and I used to switch and change with what was on special without it effecting them. But I know some babies get wind bad with one and not another, and some get constipated. We were just lucky I suppose.

I always though formula was formula no matter what brand so didn't think twice about it.

Can I ask why you want to use both?? I would also ask someone who knows about the makeup of formulas like a baby nurse what they thought. I do know that different brands of formulas do contain different types or amounts of certain ingredients eg some are higher in iron etc, I dont see it making a difference to bubs health but you never know ??
