    a very simple salad is
    baby spinach
    rocket
    finely sliced pear
    shaved parmessen tossed together

    lemon juice and olive oil drizzled over for dressing.

    Pink Salad:

    Cheese cubed (I use the NASTY kraft non refrigerated cheese... I know it sounds bad... but it's the only cheese that works!)
    Boiled Eggs Cubed
    Baby Beats (tinned) Cubed
    Whole Egg Mayo
