Court challenge fails: Bonus payments to go ahead

as per ABC news online as of 03/04/09 at 10.54am

About 8.7 million Australians are due to start receiving the payments - of up to $900 to each eligible taxpayer - this month

Is it all taxpayers or just one income families???

Leonie - its only the one for workers that was challenged, not the single income family one - that one was started being paid already.
The guy was only challenging the one paid by the ATO.

Damn I need one where all get paid both DH and I work( i'm only part time but still working)
