Did your DH agree to his name being used as a company director? Did he sign an agreement/contract??
Yes he did. Dumbest thing he's ever done, but I doubt he thought through the implications of doing this 'favour' for his dad.

At the time I remember specifically saying 'As long as it doesn't affect us financially...' To which DH said 'Naa dad told me it won't'. Yeah right!
