loan repayment dates

are you able to change these dates?
Eg. my loan payment day currently falls on a thursday/friday. Am i able to change this too a monday/tuesday? This would fall in line more with when my pay is. I salary sacrifice this payment so it would make it easier.

Is it going to be earlier or later? I imagine they won't have an issue with changing it to earlier.

it would be earlier in the week. So i realise to start with i'll have made a double payment which won't kill me, it would just make it easier to keep track.

I was able to move the payment day for my mortgage. I was bringing it forward and all they needed was a few business days notice (I requested the change a week before the date and they could bring it forward by 3 days).

It sounds like its a direct debit, which should be no problem to change.
Every loan has a required monthly repayment amount and date. So to make sure it's not behind it may require the extra week to get it ahead.

the next payment is due on the 14th and it's ahead already so there is money there for it. I'm hoping to change the payment cycle with the next payment to be on the 19th then go forntnightly from there.
