    thanks for that . i have requested that centrelink contact me, just wanted to ask on here anyway x. i did run the estimator again, & i definitely clicked 'no' to income support. i entered only hubbys taxable income of $58,000 & we're entitled to $422. i'm assuming once my PPL has stopped & the new financial year has started, it'll go up to roughly that *(& yes we have supplied our rent certificate)

    You must be coding something incorrectly. On those incomes (11 and 58), and getting your max rent assistance (assumption) you'd be entitled to less than 300 per fortnight
    110 ish part a
    105 ish part b
    About 5 in clean energy supplements
    70 ish rent assistance.

    422 would be your amount if you put yourself at zero income. Which won't be right until next July...
