    C-sections termed emergency: 1 (under epidural, following 3 hours of pushing with posterior labour, not engaged sufficiently to attempt instrumental delivery, start of foetal distress, suspected CPD)

    synthetic oxytocin to expel placenta
    1 Midwife delivered, 1 Ob present (middie close friend so i requested she do the actual delivery)

    waters broke as i started pushing
    drug free
    tear-free
    synthetic oxytocin administered again (my ob while great with most of my choices was not going to budge on this one!)
    same midwife delivered, same ob present
    skin2skin contact immediately & Breastcrawl (had to add that one in - was soooooo amazing!)
