Thank you so much everyone It's Leash here, I am home, got to go home with our beautiful princess yesterday afternoon. I am resting nicely, so glad to be home.

Jazz is going great. Had some conjuctivitis which has pretty much cleared up, and a touch of jaundice which has not got worse in the last 24 hours so all good She came out kicking and screaming, the most wonderful sound I'd ever heard in my life. She's already got herself a routine (which I have to say I'm not terribley keen on but anyway we all know she likes to get her own way!!!!!!!!) - morning is sleep time, afternoon is kind of awake/asleep between feeds, and between 10pm and 3am she is a bright eyed party animal. Not too bad now thought with the Olympics. Feeding is going amazing, my milk has come in and this morning she squirted herself when she was bobbing her head around and milk squirted in her face LOL! I have a huge thank you to everyone who suggested Lansinoh, it is bl00dy fantastic!

Yes, a LOOOOOOOOONG 42 hours. Am writing the birth story, helping me process it all. I am not disappointed though, as you'll see when I write it that we tried almost everything to get her out but as we all knew she is stubborn and decided that she didn't want to. Recovery is going great, not needing any pain relief today (though just had our midwife visit who ordered me to take panadol anyway).

Am about to post pics, I'll come and post links when I am done

Thanks again, we are just so happy. And you'll all be pleased to know that my parents were the first to visit, and melted at the sight of her. They are coming up again tomorrow, so I think I am going to have to opposite problem that I thought I would... in a months time I will probably be asking how do I get rid of them!!!!! But I am over the moon with everything.

    Anyway, off to post pics
