Awwwww that's wonderful hun. Congratulations to you all. And try not to be superwoman - having a PPH can really knock you for 6, even if you do have a transfusion, so you just concentrate on you and milky snuggles with your wee girl (but where is the 4kg bub? ) and let everyone look after you.
