thanks everyone, we have had a rough few weeks, the day after William was born he was transferred by the NETS team from our hospital to the children's hospital in sydney. Unknown to us he was born with a twisted bowel and needed emergency surgery at 4 days old, it was so traumatic to go through the whole thing, signing consent for your 4 days old baby to have surgery was devastating.

he has been so so brave and we are so proud of him, he came through the surgery well and we got home a few days ago, we are now enjoying the family time that should have happened 2 weeks ago
