Woooaahhh, I just had a look at what time I was sending messages and making calls during labour - things really did happen a lot faster than I thought! Although I'd been contracting most of the day, it looks like actual *active* labour was only about an hour and a half, no more than a full two!

Elisabeth is the most laid back newbie I've ever met The only time she's been properly upset so far has been when she's thrown up and gagged on it Whereas I'm being a big sook - I developed a cough Friday morning that's just getting worse and worse. Not fun when my entire body already hurts and I have a tiny tear in my perineum. I'm glad I didn't need stitches - I'd have popped them by now for sure!
