Thanks for all your kind wishes. We got home on Sat night. Yay.

I still can't believe he's all mine (well not quite, I guess DF had something to do with it). It was such a long journey to get to here, but worth it, that's for sure.

We are all doing well at home. Managing to get some sleep in between demand feeding. He's waking about every 3 or 4 hours which is great as in hossy he usually had to be awakened but that was because he wasn't well.

The best news is he does not need any follow up with a paediatrician (sorry I bet that's spelt wrong) and only has to have his hearing tested in about a month due to spending over 48 hours in SCN.

Thanks Gudism for pointing out my error in dates. My head was all over the place when i posted that.

Alioops - my hossy stay had the opposite effect - I lost half my baby weight in a week. Must've been all that healthy hossy food.

lee - I eagerly await your announcement - hopefully not for a while yet though.

littleme - your brother managed to get us locked out of the house yesterday. Thank god chemists sell ready to drink formula and presterilized bottles is all I can say as it was supposed to be a short trip so I didn't have any formula etc in the nappy bag. Lesson learnt - never leave the house without it. Was a nice trip to Rosebud to retrieve our spare keys.
