congratulations on the arrival of your daughter Nakita!
My first son was born @ 33w 3d and weighed almost the same at 2.29kg!
he was in hospital for 4 weeks and me and the pump became pretty close too!
I hope she does well and her hospital stay is a smooth journey, take care

Thanks for all the congrats, our pediatrician came around and today we are trialing 4 hourly feeds today, but upping the EBM to 65ml, so at least that cuts back the expressing to 6 times rather than 8!! Woo Hoo!!

Was very suprised the the change of plan as yesterday he said a couple of days! We are doing a combo of BFing (she usually does a good 20 minutes) and expressed, today though we are not using the gavage tube, unless she is too tired, using the bottle instead. so if she can handle it all then we will be going home sooner rather than later.

Nickers I really understand what you went through - it is very challenging, but worth it! I can understand why so many give up and go to FF.

So so proud of my little girl!!

Might have enough break now to write our story!!
