Just a little update on Blackbird

I think because of his size (???) - young Angus had to be monitored for his blood sugar levels over the last 24 hours or so in the special care nursery. But he's being returned to Blackbird today we hope.

Thanks girls. Got home yesterday afternoon and haven't had a chance to read all your messages yet. Nothing went quite to plan - ended up having a c/s after labouring hard for 17 hours with my TENS machine as Angus' head would just not fit thru my fully dilated cervix. He ended up being in the special care nursery for the week as he had some blood sugar issues but is all well now. I'll post more details and some pics later in the week (I think I'll need a bit of a debrief about feeding).

Thanks again for all your wishes - the last week has been the most challenging but amazing of my life.
