Devon's baby boy - 24th January 2009

I am delighted to announce the arrival of my gorgeous baby boy, born on the 24th of January 2009. 4134 grams (9lb 2oz), 54 cm long. Wonderful, drug-free labour.

Has been a bit of a scary start, he had some breathing issues and a suspected infection, and spent his first week in the special care unit. He's doing really well now though, and is just beautiful.

Thanks to all the girls who've been asking after me on my profile page - sorry it's taken me so long to post my announcement.

Will do birth story soon - when have more than a second to spare!!!

Sorry to hear your poor little guy had a rough start to life, but I am glad to hear he is home safe now.
