Hello Everyone!

I gave birth to a little girl called Macy Pea**** on the 23rd April 2006. She is now 11 weeks old. (Sorry I have been a bit slack about putting up a post, I am very impressed with mothers who can post the same day!) I could just about time find time to eat!

She was 3.2kg and 48cm at birth. She is now 5.2kg and 61cm, so the breast feeding was worth all that hard work. ( and they say it is a natural thing??)

While pregnant I got the idea of making a time capsule for Macy from the day she was born. Collecting information from her special date. Things like news stories, fashion, snippets, movie reviews ect. I was born in September 1975 and would love to be able to read headlines from that day, and see what cloths people were wearing and what the headlines were.

What I ended up doing was taking pictures from lots of different web pages and putting them on a CD for her. I have kept it, so when she is older she can have a look/ laugh at what we were wearing and what music we were listening to.

Anyway I have collected data (each day) from 1st June so if you have had a baby since then and would like a copy for your little one let me know and ill send you a CD. I would love to see if any other new mums like what I have done!
