Thankyou everyone for your well wishes! I am over the moon to have a little girl , and yes, although I didn't get that VBAC, she did choose her own birthday and I got to experience a natural labour on my terms!!

Two very special thankyous - Loulabelle, my doula (trainee) who encouraged me to keep going, supported DH and generally give me the strength to believe in myself even when it seemed all hope was lost the day before! And of course to Beema , for holding on to my secret, and posting my announcement!

I will write up a Birth Story after I get home tomorrow!
