Woohoooooo! Welcome to the world little princesses. Congratulations TTL, I am so happy and proud of you. What a journey these bubbies have given you. Hope your stay in SC nursery is short - we had about 3 weeks for similar weights, and it is hard and horrible at times but they will be home with you in no time.

Welcome to the wonderful (and crazy) world of being a twin mumma xx

Thank you so much everyone for your gorgeous messages!

A quick update - the girls are doing amazingly well at 6 days old today they have been transferred to the lowest level of seriousness room in the SCN They are breathing on their own and have started bottle feeds today - alternating with tube feeds because they get tired.

They are ready to be transferred to our local private hospital - which is way quicker than I expected! I am still in hospital with them and on the flip side - my recovery from the c-section has taken longer than I expected, but I am happy to be able to walk to the nursery finally by myself - so I can go to the girls now whenever I want!

They are more identical with every day that passes and without being biased - they are cute as Unbelievably tiny, but perfectly formed and with full heads of hair and wide open blue eyes. I don't know what I expected - but we are blessed that everything has turned out so much better, than we were warned it could have.

A special thank you to my Belly Buddies and also all the ladies that have listened, answered my often silly questions, reassured me, supported me when reassurance wasn't possible and generally just been fantastic! Before I started LTTTC and then IVF I had no idea paces like BB existed - the best part of the whole process was finding BB and in the process a safe place to 'land'.

Finally - I would really like to post a pic of my Lily and Ruby here - can anyone help me with how to do this?

    Xx

I'm not sure how to upload to BB directly. I use photobucket, then copy & paste the link they provide. I can never remember which one it is though, so I usually try several different ones before I get it right lol!
