    Unhappy *TMI* DTD 7 weeks after giving birth..

    it seriously HURTS!!
    **TMI WARNING** but when we're doing the dirty it feels like i am WAY to small or he is WAY too big (LOL) is this normal? i thought u could have sex 6 weeks after?
    we actually had to stop coz it was so paibful, luckily DH is very understanding, even though its been months and months..
    what do i do? should i go to the drs?

    it hurt me for about 12 weeks after so i dont know did u have any stiches?

    OUCH! im no expert but that doesnt sound normal. I had a little discomfort but nothing like your discribing i would just get checked to be sure.

    yeah, i had a couple of stitches, i even got DH to check that they werent still there (even tho i knew i couldnt feel them) just to be sure thats not what was causing the pain.

    i had the same sort of pain when DH leaned on my scar tissue so yeah i'd give it a while before u get too worried

    teagz, thats whay DH said, so we tried a little "self stimulation" LOL but that didnt help, i felt so bad i might give it a little more time, dd has a drs app next week so i might just ask when im there.

    Aw, don't feel bad, your little body has just had a baby and I'm sure your DH understands!
    Although, I know how frsutrating it can be especially when it's been yonks.

    You could be tense and have unknowingly tightened up. He might have hit your scar. I found since having DD that there are some positions that we just can't do anymore because it is uncomfortable and a little painful for me...even 21 months later.

    Still, I envy anyone who can even attempt to DTD after 6-8 weeks. We couldn't until about 12-14 weeks after I had DD.
