Hi, myself and DH are going to be ttc in the next few months, but i have the worse thought and dreams as with DS i tore badly as he was 10pounds. i did the whole natural labour with him only to end up in surgery with a spinal block in the end to be stitched back together and i would LOVE to have another natural but i am soooo worried about tearing again and worse

i am after advice, should i be worried? i was told after i had DS that the chances of another natural were slim but my friend who tore aswell has just had another natural and she tore just as badly as the first
