I have just had my first bubba and also had 4th degree tearing...afterward i could see why people only had one bub!!! hahaha However some weeks later now, i am happy to admit that i will go for round 2 - eventually!

I was advised that due to the extent of the tearing i wont be able to have my second bub naturally and will have to opt for a c-section. I am personally 'ok' about this as i found the whole experiencing very traumatising this time round, however i highly recommend seeking different opinions about your options. I have been told by 2 obs and the surgeon on the night that a natural birth in the future is just not going to happen, however everyone's circumstances are different so i have my fingers and toes crossed for you that you can birth as you please

Can i ask, and please don't feel obliged to answer, how your recovery went with your first little man...i feel like i have a long road ahead of me sometimes...
