    Mwahahahahahaaa!

I had the accupuncture the day my waters broke because the hossy said I only had 48 hours to have him before they induced me. They do 2 types for birth - one is to help your body to get ready and the other is to bring on labor. I had the latter at about 9am and was having irregular contractions at 3 30pm-ish.
I think they recommend you start with just preparing you body then progress to the actual induction later on.

My accupuncturist (um is that a word?) said it usually takes 2 or 3 sessions for the induction treatment to work. So you might be in for a couple of sessions.

Hahaha, I hear that's good stuff it's good for ripening/readying the cervix. From memory there is an optimal time to start using it I can't remember exactly when, most important thing was not to start it too early, and you're not so go the raspberry leaf!

3/5 engaged is down there all right I know the pains you're talking about. But DS3 was 3/5 engaged, then he'd pop himself up a bit, then down he was like a yoyo But you still could go any time.
Hmmm...well sex is usually helpful, but in my experience the more you want it to happen ASAP the less likely it is, murphy's law you know. Maybe you should try planing a trip or dinner party, bub would surely make an early appearance then to muck up your plans
I've heard a good curry can help, or chilli, nipple stimulation...I can't think of anymore at the moment.

hope you get it going soon

Accupuncture works by putting tiny needles in specific points. So they use different points for different things. It shouldn't hurt. The needles are tiny, the only time it hurts is if they get it in a little too far, shouldn't happen too often. (It's only happened twice to me and I've had hundreds of needles stuck in me.) If you tell them it hurts they adjust it and it doesn't hurt anymore. Finding a good accupuncturist is the key. Hope that makes sense

with the nipple stim, I just played with my nipples for a few mins. Lol til I had a BH. Next morning my waters broke. Possibly coincidence but worth a shot?

I'm pretty sure the pumping would only get you colostrum. I had colostrum from about 14 weeks and never saw a drop of milk. I think it's the hormones that make the actual milk come in after a few days.

    HTH.
