FWIW mine were incorrect simply because they put the time in wrong... but who cares?

im not really complaining but being in pain for that long is not fun and i wish that it was acknowledged i'm actually kind of glad they did leave me alone coz i liked dealing with the pain in the shower pretty much alone except a few times with DH
