I just came across some fabulous and informative labour and birth videos on the Lamaze International website which detail 6 steps to a safer birth.
If you go the the main homepage, then under the heading 'news for lamaze members' you can click on 'Healthy Birth Your Way: 6 Steps to a Safer Birth'. The videos are free to access and download fast.
They also have PDF articles available for free download which provide information on the medical research to support the information given in the videos.

I wish I had come across this website prior to my firstborn!
