I would go to the hospital to get checked out, they don't have to keep leaking, when mine broke with DD 1, I lost the lot and even when I got to the hospital 1.5 hrs later I wasn't leaking anymore, and they were defintely broken. Also back pain and BH's I would say you are in labour
