I recently bought this book...Birth Skills (Juju Sundin and co-author Sarah Murdoch).

I've read a few chapters so far and it sounds fantastic! Really practical and common-sensical...and I love the emphasis on pain physiology...

Has anyone ever tried the techniques in labour?

Wish I lived in Sydney...would love to go to her courses...
