I really had more aversions to foods than towards. But having said that I did seem to want more carbs with DD than I did with DS3 (both HG) When I could eat again with DS3 I ate whatever I felt like which included quite a bit of KFC tower burgers and chips! But that only lasted a few weeks then I had quite a good diet. I suffered with thrush quite badly so spent most of the last 3-4 months sugar and yeast free.
While I was in the thick of HG with DD things I could get down and keep down were potato gems for a few weeks, not large amounts though. Um I could eat toast and ham cheese and tomato sandwiches for another few weeks. McDonalds was something else I could stomach for a while tooSo my diet, even the small amounts I could eat was pretty crap with DD When I was a bit better it still wasn't great, I found I struggled with vegetables which usually I love. With so many aversions it's really hard to eat well
So two similar weights with quite different diets with those two.
When it came to the births DS2 8lb 1 and DD 7lb 15 were my easiest births with the least damage, so size didn't really factor there for me, as in smaller = easier, the smaller two were more difficult.
