There is a high chance due to IUGR that I will be having this baby by 36 weeks. I have never had a bub that early (37+6 is the earliest) nor have I had to deal with a very small baby (all mine were over 6lb).

Does anyone have any advice from experience? Breathing issues, SCN stays, feeding issues?

I am having my follow up scan this Friday morning and then my OB will make a call from there, if the growth hasn't slowed more we will probably wait til 38wks but if it has we will induce. I'm going to discuss steroid shots with him as a JIC for breathing function.
