I will hijack my own thread to ask... if you request and epidural (I am open to the idea of a LOW dose epi if I need it) can you first be positioned on a birth chair / stool, then be given the epi. Or alternatively, get the low dose epi then before it kicks in (as in, immediately, LOL) transfer to the chair? I'm just trying to figure out what I can do to stay upright in the event I have an epi.
