Thank you all for you help.

Really a week - 2 gee that is some depressing news. I hope I am not like that...

Pains are getting stronger now but still about 15-20minutes apart. still slowly leaking bad smelly stuff.

Called the hospital to let them know what was happening, they said to call back if/when I need them which was lovely, but the leakage she think might be a hind water... I thought there was only amnitic fluid/water, that would explain while I feel extra heavy I've calling 2 lots of water... lol

I've just finished folding a pile of clothes, and now quickly jumping in shower and dressing kids so I can go to shops and grab a few things. Was ment to do it yesterday but everything was still closed.

    Will keep you all posted...

Sounds promising! Hind waters come fromt he top of the uterus rather than the botton near the cervix. Hind waters leak slowly and can seal themselves back up where as a ruptured membrane is a gush and won't seal up again.

    Good luck

I had a S&S at 9am and was told I was already contracting and was 2cm dilated, after that my waters leaked all day and had a show not long after I had seen my Dr... I am DD after 10pm that night!

All sounds really good, not long now dear!

With my DS2 i had no show but what i thought was my waters break. A trickle that i had no control over after i got out of the shower. No pain associated with this at all. I put a pad on and the leak had a yukky yellowy green tinge to it. It got heavier as the morning went on. I had a dr appt so went to that and he checked and said it was merconium (sp) in my waters and i had to go off to hospital straight away. Turned out it was my hind waters also but still necessary to go in due to the merconium.

You might want to make sure you leakage is fairly clear (i think that's what it's meant to be or not like how i described at least). I'm not an expert in any way but just thought of this from my own experience.

Either way you're so close now

With my first I had a show and a false start 10 days before she was born when I had and internal they said I was also already 2cm's stretch to 3 cm so... and then it all stopped.
When i lost my plug 10 days later I was so over having braxtons all the time I went to have a BBQ at my MIL place and everything. She'd feel my tummy and say that's a contraction and I'd turn and say no it's not Kepping in mind this was my first and she's had 4 babies so it was funny.
My second birth I had a show just around 9am no contractions till later and my son was born 18h01 so...
    But keep yourself busy...
Don't focus too much on timing till they really start having a bit of a bite to them.
Also rememeber to take one of your wet pads to the hospital so they can see if it's amnio water. All the best ,it sounds promising...
Trust the process and keep us posted and like a say to all my moms when they are in labour... Relax your jaw, drop your shoulders, relax your buttocks and wiggle your toes
    Keep us posted

I think its either meant to be clear or poss have a slight pink tint to it, but as myboys said, if its green, head to hosp.

With DD, I had a show, wasn't bloody, more like a jellyfish blob, the day before my waters broke, which broke about 15hours before any contractions started.

With DS, my waters broke and then about 3hours later, I noticed a show when I went to the toilet. Again, no contracitons for 24hours after my waters broke.
