Hey L & B - did they do the webster technique at the chiro for you? I have a chiro appointment tomorrow and just wondering what I should be getting them to do.
No. It's too early for Webster, I think. We've been working on keeping my pelvis and spine aligned. Just little adjustments every week. I'm pleased, given I can't do any exercise at all, due to SPD. I also sit on a fitball instead of a dining chair. Those chairs are killers now.
I think this one moves oblique occasionally. I sometimes feel little movements at a hip. Mostly they're at the front of my pelvis, with big thumps either or both sides of my belly button.
Oh I didn't know there was a time you could do Websters - obviously I haven't looked into it too much, just heard about it.
I know mine is in the hip because I can feel intense pressure there whenever I sit down. I try the inversion from spinning babies but he wont move. With my spd I can't do much exercise either
It might just be my circumstance about Websters timing. We're doing this other stuff to prevent needing to do that. I haven't looked into it much either. We're not making any decisions until the 34 week scan to see where the placenta is.
it may be a good time for you now, before bub runs out of room to move. Though, the more pregnancies, the more room there often is
