wow thanks ladiesglad to hear the techniques worked for yous..i went in with an open mind and what was explained actually made alot of sense. I have 6 weeks to go so im going to practise my relaxation cds as much as I can and hopefully all will go well and i can put this into play. Some of the stories I have heard are absolutly amazing.
I am also quite excited as I can see it being such a beautiful thing and a beautiful once in a lifetime moment for me DH and bub too, so much love and team work
