Question Calmbirth- what's it all about?

    Hi all,
I have had a few people suggest Calm birth to me as a way of connecting with my body during labour. I know nothing about it. Can someone fill me in on the basics, please? Thank you

I definitely highly recommend it. I used it for my 2 youngest and found it amazing! I had 2 drug free VBAC's with the second being totally natural with no intervention.

I also did a calmbirth course for my second baby and found it to be amazing too and would highly recommend it. I had a drug free labour and actually enjoyed my labour experience and can't wait to do it all over again. If I have a third baby I plan to do a refresher course, I found it to be a wonderful way to prepare myself for the arrival of my baby. Good luck!

I've been thinking about doing it too and have found someone locally who runs the courses but it's so expensive, I'm not sure we'll be able to manage it
