can i get a S & S done if im booked in for an induction?

I was booked in for an induction and my OB did a s and s and i went into labour the next morning and gave birth 2 days before the induction.

So i would ask fro sure

Accupuncture, sex and having a good cry (read - watching the Notebook) worked for me.
