Default Chances of bub getting thrush at birth?

I got my swab results back yesterday, negative for GBS but I apparently have low levels of thrush. My OB said just to grab something OTC for it, which I've done, but I was wondering what the chances are of bub catching it at birth if he decides to arrive before the thrush has cleared up?

    Thanks.

It think its pretty high, but also very common.

Unfortunatly I had this through my entire pg. nothing I took while I was pg would get rif of it, and milo had it too. his cleared up really fast.

Thanks, Rachael. Did you need to use anything special to get Milo's to clear up?

just daktarin gel, which was OTC at the chemist.
His cleared up really fast, less than a week, and he liked the taste so there was no prob giving it to him
