My GF in mums group gave her bub the 4 month long one...bit of a PITA but she felt that there was nothing to be too worried about

I managed to dodge it (i had level of 19 that went to somewhere in the late 40s and was given the all clear for DD2). bummer that such a boost for yourself didnt do the trick! maybe some walks in the sunshine are in order

I spend a fair bit of time outside, but I guess not enough. Almost like the pills I take do nothing lol
