Yup apparently. Long walk, walk up and down stairs, shake your booty - can't hurt.

Not sure what will keep them going, but just dont have a bath.. that may prolong labour at the beginning.

I'd say keeping active should help. I only know how to stop them and that was by laying in bed with my legs slightly elevated and doing nothing at all.

    Good luck!!

Stimulate nipples (one at a time & stop when contraction is happening) walking esp up & down stairs, get affectionate with someone to keep the oxytocin up. Good luck & don't wear yourself out in the early stages!

They might not get much closer than 15 minutes either! Last labour mine hovered between 10 and 20 minutes apart, until about 15 mins before I actually had the baby when I don't think there were any gaps at all.

Honestly I would say to rest just now. This sounds like the very beginning of labour and although resting may slow them down a little if they are going to stay then they are going to stay and you will be grateful for the extra energy if you have a snooze now.

Once they are 10 minutes apart is the time to start walking and using nipple stimulation to help them along.

    Good luck
