hi all

I am full term pregnant.over the last few days I have had more backache and cramps low down at the front of my bump that have felt...well,not painful,just different.
earlier today my appetite was crazy I had to eat loads of carby stuff.
I am a centimeter dilated,and just now,I think i lost a little of the plug,it was white,mucusy with a tiny brown streak,there was only a little bit.

as I sit here my back is pretty gripey,yes gripey is the word!

Well honey, things are happening, for sure. But the time frame can be anything from hours to weeks, unfortunately. Try a bit of walking and see if things pick up at all. If nothing changes, and you're getting tired, try a warm bath, and things might settle down enough for you to rest.
All the best! I know the last days are the LONGEST, but you are getting so close, and that little one will be in your arms before you know it.

I have a sneaky feeling it wont be long,this is birth number three.
these gripes in the back,part of me recognises them from the previous births,another part of me wonders if its wishful thinking.
