I want to prep Nina (almost 4) for when I go into labour, just in case it happens during the day. So far, I've taught her how, when and why to ring 000, I've taught her our address and I've taught her where dh's work number is on the phone speed dial. I've gone through birth montages and videos with her and she understands how a baby is born. But now I need to get into the gory stuff with her. Like the pain, the bleeding etc. What you recommend I say to her? I don't want to sugarcoat it. With my previous labours, they've started with a massive bang! No small lead up at all, so I need to prepare for that as well.
Any tips would be muchly appreciated
