you do it because you have a baby moving down the same area as your poo is coming from. you CAN NOT stop it from happening when it does..
most m/ws will simply move it away with out you noticing to much!

Do not be scared of labour it is natural as doing a poo..
i would say stop watching bad media birth stereotypes, hop on to you tube check out some normal birth
